Thank you for your purchase! Since you’re purchasing digital books, please note that all sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer returns or refunds once your order has been completed.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have received and downloaded the digital product and understand that this purchase is non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Damages and Issues

If you encounter any issues with the digital files, such as broken links or incorrect files, please contact us immediately at minaforouzanpoetry@gmail.com. We will do our best to resolve any technical issues or provide a replacement file.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

As all products are digital and non-returnable, we do not accept returns for any reason once the transaction is completed. We do not accept returns on any products, including sale items, gift cards, or digital downloads.

Exchanges

Please note that digital products are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period under EU consumer law, as they are delivered instantly and are non-returnable.
